Returns
- Eligibility: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
- Need a different item? Please follow the return steps above and place a new order for the item you want.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll make it right—either with a replacement or a full refund.
